The feathers are collected and transported to the raw material area of the feather meal processing workshop and poured directly into the raw material warehouse. The raw material silo can store 15-20 cubic feathers at a time.

At the same time, it is equipped with a steam recovery machine to directly press the recovered water into the boiler to save energy and reduce consumption. After the drying is completed, the electric discharge valve is turned on, and the feather powder enters the semi-finished product buffer warehouse through the screw conveyor. The buffer warehouse temporarily stores the semi-finished feather meal and automatically conveys it at a uniform speed.
